Anxiety has to be one of the most complex disorders I've read about and suffered at the same time.
It has so many symptoms and can lead to other probelms, I've had a lot, pains in my chest, feeling of my throat closing, jaw ache, teeth grinding at night, persperation with out actually sweating, dissyness, ear ache, depression, social problems, the list goes on.
There's one thing we can all do which is exercise, trust me, if nothing else it will make you feel good, which in turn will lower your feelings of anxiety.
Click my link to my book about beating anxiety, there's some really great techniques in there. Feel free to email me if you want to chat.
