Ice pack
The pain and inflammation of a bruise will be reduced with the application of an ice pack.
Heating pads
The second day of the bruise heating pads should be used to improve circulation by dilating blood vessels.
Application of apple cider vinegar
A mixture of cold water and apple cider vinegar may work.
Heinz vinegar
Use a cotton ball and apply Heinz vinegar. This will improve healing time.
Help of herbal flowers
Mullein flowers steeped in olive oil may be applied to the bruise to help with pain and discoloration.
Raw egg
Apply the contents of a raw egg to your bruise.
Arnica benefits
Ointment with leaves of Arnica may be helpful in treating bruises when applied to the skin.
