Insomnia treatment using Thiamine
Insomnia may be treated with vitamin B or thiamine. These are vital for healthy nerves and being able to relax and sleep. A body that does not have thiamine will not be able to fall asleep and relax. The best place to find thiamine is by eating nuts and wholegrain cereals.

Insomnia treatment using Lettuce
Insomnia may be treated with lettuce because it contains “lectuacarium.” The lettuce juice can be a sedative and has been compared to opium without causing nay excitement. Lettuce seeds may be boiled in water for a while and then the sufferer should drink it. The relaxation effects will soon be felt.

    My dad has being suffering from insomania, but the symptoms we see is that he talks irrationaly, confused and seems to be losing his mind. Pls can this be insomnia?
